Shoreline Counseling is growing.

We are seeking fully licensed therapists (LPC+LCSW+PsyD+LMFT) and pre-licensed therapists (CSWA,Registered Associates) that are well on their way to licensure, who feel called to serve our coastal community and beyond with integrity, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Since 2015, Shoreline has provided thoughtful, stigma-free mental health care to Clatsop County and across Oregon. We believe in relationships, inclusion, and high-quality, trauma-informed care, for our clients and for each other.

We are in network with many insurance providers across Oregon and Washington and beyond to ensure that more individuals and families can receive the support they need. As part of our employment package, Shoreline credentials our therapists with all contracted insurance companies, including Oregon Health Plan (OHP) plans. We are in network with the Oregon Health Authority and CareOregon (Oregon Medicaid/OHP), as well as OHP CCOs including Trillium, PacificSource, Health Share, and others.

We are also in the process of obtaining our Certificate of Authority (COA) with Oregon Medicaid divisions as we continue expanding access to care in the communities we serve.

The Role

• Provide high-quality clinical assessment and ongoing therapy

• Uphold strong ethical standards, including timely and accurate documentation

• Partner with medical and community systems to support whole-person care

• Help cultivate a respectful, accountable, and team-centered practice culture

You’re a Strong Fit If You:

• Currently Hold an Active Oregon license  (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, CSWA or Registered Associate)

• Are an Associate Therapist or CSWA that’s been working for 1+ years

• Have 1+ years of clinical experience 

• Practice trauma-informed, anti-racist care

• Value collaboration and community impact

• Live in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Alaska, Minnesota, Illinois, Florida and Missouri and are licensed in Oregon. WA license a bonus!

You Might Not be a Right Fit if:

• You DON’T already Hold an Oregon license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, CSWA or Registered Associate) 

• Timely completion of clinical notes is a challenge

• You’re looking for short-term roles or frequent job changes

• You want to work with less than 24 clients per week
